Happy Birthday Mom and Mawmaw

We had a double dose of family time over the weekend.

On Saturday, we hosted our first family get together.  We celebrated the 21st birthday of both Mom and Mawmaw.

Having both sides of the family over was FUN!  I see more parties in the near future.

On Sunday, we celebrated Miss Charlotte's 2nd birthday.

In true Charlotte fashion, she was constantly on the go.  She barely sat still to eat cake and open presents!  She is adorable, independent, smart, with a pinch of mischief.  Sounds like her mamma :-).  It's going to be fun to see her grow up!

Time Flies When You're Having Fun!

Cooper is almost a year old!

I've done all I can to try and slow down time; I've lectured Cooper, I keep trying to cradle him like a baby, I've even resorted to sitting on him so he stops growing so fast.  Nothing seems to be working.

I guess I'm going to come to terms that babies grow fast!  I am so thankful to be here for it all.

Nothing beats morning time smiles and giggles.  I love that I'm here for the milestones.  I cherish that he reaches for me for comfort.  I even relish in the fact that I differentiate each cry.  Boy oh boy, Jesus truly knew what he was doing when it came to this motherhood job.

Below are pictures of Cooper at 10 months:

Baby modeling is not easy ;-).

I can stand!  I don't think I have enough toys.

You can't tell but I love the water.

 All that's missing a is a bottle.

I will figure out this sippy!  Grr...

My top teeth are coming in.  Hence the slobber.

I do plenty of thinking outside of the box.  I'd thought I'd try thinking inside the box.

Bye for now.
